We provide you with a fully costed construction estimating package complete with a detailed list of labour, materials / takeoff / bill of quantities to ensure that your next project stays on track. We provide you pencil sharp estimation for commercial, residential & industrial projects value ranging up to 30 million. We provide an independent professional tendering and documentation service. We are able to provide documentation for tendering including provisional sums (through consultation with the design team), evaluate tender responses and reconcile to the proposed budget.
